These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of winerysupport.com (the "Site"), a customer support service operated by McClain Family Cellars ("we," "us," "our") on behalf of the winery brands listed on the Site. By using the Site or submitting a support ticket, you agree to these Terms.
winerysupport.com exists solely to provide a customer support intake channel for the winery brands operated on the VintnerPro platform and listed on this Site. The Site does not sell wine, process commercial transactions, or accept payment. All commerce occurs on each brand's own e-commerce site.
You must be at least the legal drinking age in your jurisdiction (21 in the United States) to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

When you submit a support ticket, you authorize us to route your request, and the information you provide, to the relevant winery brand and our support staff for the purpose of responding to you. Response times are not guaranteed but are typically within one business day.
The Site does not, and is not intended to, process orders, refunds, payments, or any other financial transactions. Any reference to such matters on the Site is for informational or routing purposes only; the underlying transactions occur on the relevant brand's commerce site under that brand's own policies.
The Site, including its design, code, text, logos, and marks (excluding third-party brand marks), is owned by McClain Family Cellars or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. The "VintnerPro" mark is owned by McClain Family Cellars. Each winery brand mark displayed on the Site is the property of its respective owner and is used here with permission for the purpose of identifying that brand's support channel.
The Site uses third-party infrastructure (including Mandrill for email delivery, Cloudflare for DNS and edge security, and DigitalOcean for hosting). We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of these providers beyond what is required by our contracts with them.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, McClain Family Cellars and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless McClain Family Cellars and its affiliates from any claim, damage, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after the changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
